Attended for my cataract surgery last week. From the pre assessment to the surgery I can't praise enough. I was extremely nervous and worried about both the procedure and outcome, with the added fear of being a type 1 diabetic.
Staff were very understanding of my fears and reassuring . By the time I went in for surgery I was calm.
The procedure was completely painless, comfortable and over in about 15 mins.
Seen by staff and given clear instructions and eye drops.
2 days later sight had massively improved. Day 5 now and improving every day. No problems whatsoever.
Would highly recommend especially if nervous. Will happily have my other eye done when the times comes for the cataract to be removed.
