"The whole experience could not have been more positive, caring & reassuring"

I attended Breast Surgery Clinic today with the specialist Mrs Conway

Having booked in at the clinic reception by two friendly staff (I think experiencing some tech problems) -they still made eye contact with a welcoming smile

I was seen promptly and my whole experience from entering the hospital to exiting could not have been more positive, caring & reassuring

I wish I remembered names to mention here personally, but I do hope this feedback reaches them directly

Claire  - my first appointment - to assess the cause of the appointment and her 'assistant' - friendly, and informative as the process/procedure

Ultrasound operator & her assistant - friendly and reassuring.  Prompt attention - I wish her assistant good luck with her career direction

Returning back to Claire for Biopsy

I assume Mrs Conway took the Biopsy along with a lovely assistant

I found the biopsy a little too uncomfortable, they were very supportive and hugely caring

Claire assistant was so kind to get tea and collect my prescription. She ensured I was 'well' enough to proceed with my homeward journey, I can't thank her enough

In all, I would personally like to Thank You all for your kindness & caring attitude.  It might be 'your job' but all of you were lovely within every aspect of your job role
