"Outstanding Care"

I had an 'intervention' on the 9th of June current. I don't have enough words to praise both the Surgeon, the Anaesthetist and the entire Nurse team who looked after me. Their kindness, warm attention and encouragement could not have been better.

Following the surgery, I spent one night in the ICU (on the 6th floor) and then 2 more nights in a gastrointestinal ward (on the 7th floor). Both the Nurses and the visiting Doctor were wonderfully kind and helpful. Apart from the personal kindness and professionalism of individual personnel, what is also outstanding about the UCLH care is the exceptionally well functioning team-work ! Remarkable ! Thank you, UCLH !!!
