"Caring staff at the ENT clinic"

About: Woodend Hospital / Ear, nose, throat, head & neck surgery outpatients

(as a service user),

I take my 90 year old father to ENT clinic every 2 months. The staff are very considerate and patient as he struggles to hear anything.

They wait patiently when I explain to him what they have said as I need to use a white board to write things down. This time Staff Nurse Dow had remembered he has very sore knees and has looked out pillow to make him more comfortable.

Nikki, the clinic coordinator, is also really helpful at finding an appointment that works around my job in the NHS.
