"Terrible attention..."

About: Milton Keynes Hospital

I went this morning to MK Hospital as I’ve been 3 days with my left foot swollen and in terrible pain. Showed up in Emergency, and they told me I had to go to Urgent care. I could barely walk and, nevertheless, they made me walk more than 500 metres. Checked in in Urgent care and asked me to wait. There were about 20 persons before me. After three hours waiting, I approached again reception to ask for how more should I wait and if they could at least give me a pain killer as I was feeling really bad. They denied the painkiller and told me I had to wait at least 2 more hours…

This people does not care at all on the patients… Thank you NHS! I cannot believe that a country like England has such a bad Public Health System: Expensive, inefficient, unprofessional...

Tomorrow I have an appointment with a private doctor I have to pay on top of what I monthly pay from my salary to the public health system… meanwhile, I am in bed and with a terrible pain, expecting another night to sleep bad…
