My appointment was advised by letter and followed up by text message. On the day check in was easy and smooth.

Covid Procedures are still in operation and were followed. I was attended to by David, Maurine and Lorraine. David checked all my details and we agreed what was to be done. In fact I thought I was getting a different procedure but David opened up my records on screen and confirmed what was to happen on the day, a second procedure was on my records but without an appointment at that time.

I had to have 3 lesions removed for biopsy David and Maurine both worked on me simultaneously and the whole procedure was completed very quickly. David has a very good bedside manner and kept me entertained all the while. A thorough briefing was then provided to me for the aftercare.

Some weeks on and I'm happy to report success with excellent healing and no infections.

I'm very happy with the care provided to me before, during and after the procedure.

I can't tell you how grateful I am to hear that everything went as planned. It is what we work for as a team but rarely get feedback for.
