Friday afternoon was very busy with patients to a level not seen since the pandemic began. Reception staff took details quickly and efficiently, was called for eyetest quickly, pleasant chat with the nurse on call, both curteous and polite, moved quickly to the eyescanner and was particularly impressed with advice to wait in the main reception to avoid possible infection, given the eye injection as the final part of the visit. Injection delivered quickly and efficiently - no problems, as usual.
Pleasant staff, efficient, professional, caring - what a tribute to the NHS from receptionists and nurses to doctors and consultants.
