"Cancelled surgery and shambolic appointment…"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital

Admitted to wd12 on 06/06/22 for shoulder replacement surgery, prepared for theatre,seen by surgeon and anesthetist then cancelled by a manager. Many issues regarding notification of appts. 3 letters one cancelled and rescheduled the same appt,next one made the appt and third letter cancelled the appt so I had phone for explainations. Two days after my cancelled surgery I received in the post information on pre-op instructions which should have reached me before the admission.
