(as a service user),

I was sent from my GP for orthopaedic review, despite how busy the UHW emergency department was every member of staff was very helpful and kind. The staff in the orthopaedic section were fantastic thanks nurse gillian and doctor who looked after me. Thank you to ward 14 staff for your help and support  thank you to the diagnostic radiographers for putting me at ease during MRI scan. I felt both informed and valued as a patient.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on the support the radiographers gave to you when you attended for your MRI scan.

It is always lovely to hear positive feedback for the staff and I'm glad you felt valued and informed. I will make sure your comments are passed onto the staff who took care of you in MRI.
