About: Maternity care / Antenatal clinic

(as the patient),

I called the Antenatal clinic today about an upcoming appointment that I am very anxious about not knowing whether they will be able to cater for my needs. Carol was so lovely on the phone. She didn't mind that I was a bit tearful and offered to arrange for someone to call me back to have a chat about the appointment.

It was so nice to speak to someone so calm and reassuring. Great start to our maternity journey.
