"Bad practice "

I brun my arm two weeks ago. Been trying to call then since Monday. They told me that I could not see anyone this was at 10am in the morning. My arm is very red and sore. Think it might be infected. So I when to my local chemist and they said that it look infected and I see to a doctor. So I called them again I can't see a doctor till next week. But I did have a phone about 6.10pm say they will give me antibiotics. So they send them to chemist which is closed. So I can't get the antibiotics and I can't see a doctor
