Online booking of specific time of GP call. After an hour I contacted surgery, receptionist rude and told me it’s a 3 hr slot when I tried to explain perhaps change this so it states this online, she told me to calm down?! No apology from this surgery, still no call from GP after the 3hr time slot. Complete waste of space. Perhaps if receptionists are more empathetic and apologetic (well general customer service) they wouldn’t receive irate patients!
