We've got nothing but praise for the whole team - it's just amazing. The timescale between discharge from hospital to the Community Stroke Team ringing was outstanding and they have made a huge difference.
Most of our visits were from Jayne and we really miss her. She is relaxed, friendly, firm but fair and gives wonderful advice. So pleasant and always professional. If she was going to be late she would always ring. She has made so much difference.
His mobility has improved tremendously thanks to Jayne. He calls her his mate.
One example was that she was recommending a walking stick but he didn't want that because it made him feel old. So she suggested a walking pole and now he goes up and down the village on his own and is fine.
Jayne is top notch, first class.
