About: Specialist Therapy Services / Community Stroke Team – South Notts

(as a carer),

I talked to Margaret from the Community Stroke Team today.

I thought I was on my own looking after him but talking to her, she was so kind and helpful and we talked about the Carers Hub and how it can help me.

She showed me that I'm not on my own and I will ring up and meet other people and have a laugh.

I am so grateful she rang, it means such a lot.
