I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the care provided to my elderly dad by the nurses, auxiliary, consultants and domestic staff who work in Ward 16. The busy staff were professional, courteous and helpful. They made time to update me on my dad's progress. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you! :)
