"Superb staff"

I was admitted to A&E with suspected kideny stones, and while it took time to get to ASU, the staff there were amazing in their care and the urology doctor who cared for me was especially kind, explained everything clearly, took account of all my personal circumstances. After surgery she came up to see after what had been an obviously long day for her, and made sure I had everything I needed for going home, and was aware of what would happen re my follow up surgeries and how long I might have to wait.

While it is at times easy to complain about the NHS due to waiting times etc. every individual I came into contact with was kind, friendly and went above and beyond what I would have expected.
