"Everything was first class"

Everything was first class, the staff were good, the food was good and the sleeping quarters were also very good.

Anytime I needed to contact my family there was no problem and I was able to use the telephone.

I also enjoyed walking in the grounds, they have some lovely shrubs and wild flowers.

I was given exercises to build up my strength and get my shoulder working again.

If anything should happen to me in the future I would be happy to come back to Cloughreagh.

I didn't know what to expect when I first arrived but I was given a warm welcome and things were explained to me.

I have appreciated the care and attention given to me by everyone in Cloughreagh and also the Physiotherapist team who helped me.

Thank you for telling us about your experience. As part of ongoing improvements the Team are currently reviewing and updating the information leaflet for patients who will benefit from the rehabilitation programme in Cloughreagh House. When this information is ready I will ask the Manager to share the revised draft leaflet with you. We would value and appreciate your comments and ideas which will be incorporated into the information leaflet to ensure that patients receive sufficient and timely information to ensure they are more informed, included in the decision to move and know what to expect when they arrive in Cloughreagh.
