"Friendly and helpful staff"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Plastic Surgery & Burns (wards 45, 47, 48 & 49)

(as the patient),

I jammed my finger in a car door and attended the Glasgow Royal Infirmary A&E.  I would like to thank all staff that attended to me, especially the staff at The Gatehouse, Catherine and Anne Marie on Ward 49, and Bruce and the team at Plastic Surgery who carried out my operation.

All staff were friendly and helpful, making me comfortable and welcome at all times.

Dear James,

I’m sorry to hear about your injury and hope you are well.

It’s really kind of you to share your story about the care you received. I will share this with staff whom I know will be delighted to read your lovely comments.

Take care and thank you
