"Dreadful lack of signage"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

Appointment for MRI today, letter states to go to car park 5, we followed signs to 5 only to see a no entry sign, I have mobility issues and can’t walk far. We then drove round for 45 minutes trying to locate this car park, in desperation I went in to main hospital and managed to ask a nurse for help, there was nobody in reception. I was in danger of missing my appointment at this stage, she explained that we needed to ignore the no entry sign and gave us good directions, what a shambles this place is, we are not familiar with this hospital and I would never go there again.
