About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Day Surgery University Hospital Hairmyres / Trauma & Orthopaedics (Wards 1 & 5)

(as the patient),

I attended for theatre at the end of May at Hairmyres Hospital to have a partial knee replacement and from the minute I arrived the treatment I received from every member of staff was exceptional.  I was well informed regarding how the theatre would be and the staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful

I would like to give a personal thanks to Mr Baillie who was my surgeon on the day.  I arrived home at 5:30pm on the Tuesday night and I was literally pain free after having had knee pain for such a long time
