(as the patient),

From the time I was called into the pre-op I was treated with care and kindness. I was told what would happen at every stage. They made me feel relaxed. The surgeon was caring and efficient. After I was taken to the recovery ward and my nurse was very easy to talk to. She explained everything. I had a drink and something to eat. I was taken to the ward where I was looked after especially well. One health care worker (Rash) was especially kind and caring. I even showed her how to crochet. My stay in Cannock hospital was very positive.
