"What a wonderful team that dealt with me"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 4 North Surgical Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

On Monday I arrived into the ED (Emergency Department) early in the morning and I have to say that the staff in here are excellent. What a wonderful team that dealt with me, especially the doctor on duty she was so nice, I felt as if I was being listened to the whole time as any questions I had they were answered in great detail.

The staff have been reassuring me that I am going to be okay and make me feel so at ease.

They are so friendly here in ED they all provide great care and very well mannered, all polite and helpful, there a great credit to the hospital.

I have been moved to 4 North after a period and once again such a lovely team so polite , helpful, reassuring , once again the lady doctor on duty was so helpful caring she goes through everything with me in fine detail and has even called on a consultant to give the once over and again such a lovely chap.

You’re all a great credit to your profession.
