I originally come from London and now live in Northern Ireland for work, I expected the health care service to not be as good compared to London but I was so wrong.

I feel like have experienced the best because the staff on 4 North are incredible.

Even though the wait times in ED were quite long (as it was very busy) I found that when you got into the room with the Doctor/Nurse, you received stellar care and they never rushed you.

They are very professional and the level of care is brilliant all so friendly and talkative, staff will sit down and chat to you which I find to be quiet lovely as I feel that this really helps us patients with our mental health having conversations with staff and them asking about how we are feeling makes us feel valued and listened to.

I think very highly of all the staff at the Craigavon Area Hospital. Thank you all!
