I am in Craigavon Area Hospital at the moment as I have been having problems with my bladder. When I first came in I had to have a bladder pressure test. This can be quiet painful so it was not a good way to begin the week, but the staff were just great even though at times I was quite annoying as I was agitated.

They are all warm, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing here on 2 South. What I liked about the staff professionalism was that they each introduced themselves (hello, my name is... Mark etc).

Mark gauged my level of understanding, and explained clearly at each stage what he was doing and what it was showing. They moved the screens so I could see too, and when I asked if I could take a photo of the screen the diagnostic info was printed off, and the findings explained.

What could have been undignified and embarrassing simply wasn't.

We got chatting about the formula 1 and we both had a big interest in it, this helped as it took my mind of the pain for a while.
