"Briliant service"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

In excruciating agony, I needed an emergency catheter for Acute urinary retention (AUR). Considering it was a public holiday and they were busy, I was seen very quickly. A bladder scan was done, catheter fitted and blood test completed. I was able to walk out completely relieved of any pain.

A&E were just brilliant - caring and considerate at all times. Can't fault them and they do a fantastic job. Thankyou NHS
