"Was sent home without getting any help"

Had a very bad rash all over the body for 5 days. Tried two days in a row (at 5pm and then at 3pm) to get medical advise and treatment at the centre (GP surgery was closed as bank holidays) and at both cases was sent home due to low capacity. They didn't even examine me. It should have been done differently. I wouldn't have tried on another day if it wasn't serious. Feel disappointed and neglected.
