Arrived to see a physio.
Was told did not need to wear my surgical mask- Amersham Hospital, Bucks MSK Practice Plus. Physio also was not wearing a mask.
No physical investigation of my injury, and then they said they would book a telephone appointment for me in 8 weeks' time. No real advice offered.
The NHS is commissioning this service!
Really disappointing.
No wonder private practice is booming.
Just a shame we can't all afford it.
