When I had an accident, an ambulance was called. It arrived within about 20 mins. The paramedics were friendly, kind and efficient. I arrived at RSH and was admitted to the Pitstop immediately. Again, thoroughly professional, kind, caring people looked after me. X-rays were done without a wait and I was taken to another part of A&E. More friendly, reassuring staff made sure I knew what was happening, what my injuries were and about treatment needed.
On Monday I returned to the fracture clinic where I was treated immediately. Again, friendly staff made sure I knew what was happening and further treatment needed. I was seen treated and taken out to transport in under 50 mins. Brilliant!
After all the negative criticism recently about RSH, I am so pleased to be able to give a very positive review about my experience.
