"Thank you Letter"

About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the wonderful treatment and care you all showed to me during and following my recent admission to the Short Stay Surgery Unit at Frimley Park Hospital on Friday 27 May 2022.

The competency of the medial team, the anaesthetist and all the support staff was awe inspiring. Their teamwork was amazing

I was fortunate enough to be able to view some of the procedure in operation.

I'd like to thank the nurses and all the other support staff for their post-operative care after the operation.

I'd also like to thank all the other people who played such an important part in my treatment and recovery.

I must not forget to thank the catering department. The staff who delivered food and drink to the unit were most professional in carrying out their duties and I must say the food was excellent during my short stay.

As an ex Health Care Professional it was very much appreciated.
