Received a letter on Friday 27 May for appointment on Tuesday 31 May - rang number on letter for central appointments advised it was a wrong number and given another number to call - rang that number no one answers - it gives a list of possible procedures you may be calling about but not an option for urology itself pressed an option and was given two extension numbers for urology admin - been calling for three days and always get sorry mailbox is full message instead of a reply from
both numbers
tried central appointments email it came back no longer on use gave a list of emails to contact departments directly but no email provided for urology
Trying to reschedule appointment as I am unwell and unable to attend guess I will be noted as DNA or be forced to go there and infect other people just to retain my appointment
