About: Southend Hospital

My ENT appointment for microsuction both ears was today. I only waited 5 minutes. Nurse was very kind and efficient. I have been having this treatment for years on a regular basis. They are always excellent

I then went to Audiology. I explained I needed my moulds cleaned and new hearing aid tubing. I cannot do it myself as I have rheumatoid arthritis. I said I did not have an appointment and if they was busy I could make an appointment for another time The receptionist said I could have it done straight away. Audiologist was very kind and also asked if I needed more batteries.

Two departments and both excellent service

I have been going there for many years and have always had excellent treatment
