About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Colorectal surgery New Cross Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I was referred to the Royal Wolverhampton Endoscopy Unit by my GP due to bowel problems (pain, bleeding) and was seen first at the Wolverhampton site for a Colonscopy to screen for bowel cancer and then at Cannock for a Polypectomy two weeks later.  The staff on both occasions were excellent and incredibly kind and patient with me, especially in Cannock, where I had a few problems before the procedure could be started.  I really appreciate how well I was looked after and the kindness I was shown.  Thank you and best wishes to all of the team.
