"Friendly and professional"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

Attended ED with my 9 year-old son who had injured his finger playing cricket.  The department was already busy and got busier after we arrived.  Despite this we were seen promptly, did not feel rushed and all staff were very friendly and professional.

Particular thanks to Jonny, ENP, who took time to engage with my son, have a laugh with him and then to explain the outcome and talk him through his X-rays.

We were in and out of the department in less than 90 minutes and were really impressed, many thanks!

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. I hope your son is recovering well. I will be sure to share this with the team especially Jonnie.

We are struggling with increased attendances but it is so positive for the team to realise they are doing a good job in these circumstances
