"A&E visit"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Had to go to go as the district nurses do not carry spare equipment and I needed a replacement catheter. I was advised to go to A&E as they were the only place that held the equipment. The wait and process was ver long (7 hours from arrival to dismissal) but throughout that time all the staff were pleasant, informative and helpful. Thank you A&E staff. It would have been truly unpleasant without your kindness.
