Not reviewing the care more the fact that the site looks as though there has been no investment in backlog maintenance sine the 80’s trolleys and beds stacked up in corridors, boxes of PPE on pallets a in patient areas, paint peeling off the wall and ceilings & much more. To top off the visit lack of pharmacists causing over a 30 minute wait for a prescription to be processed. CQC ‘needs improvement’ obviously not being taken seriously
