Literally beyond possible to get an appointment at this practise - I rang this am at 8:02 am, was 11 th in the queue and when I got through all the appointments were “gone”

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you were unable to book the appointment that you wanted. The upcoming bank holidays place additional pressure to the service we are able to provide and we currently have limited routine appointments available to book. To assist with this, all of our GP appointments next week (May 30th -1st June) are same day appointments, this means an increased volume of appointments will be available to book at 8am.

Please be assured that patients with an urgent problem that clinically need to be seen on the day they telephone the practice are always offered an appointment with our duty doctor.
