"Great Staff - Awful assessment procedure"

I have to queue for 2 hours to be assessed - this would not be a huge problem if I had somewhere to sit (I have just recovered from spinal surgery and a bleed on my brain and am on crutches - i was here to have stitches taken out of my back) there was an elderly man with a walking stick in the queue and heavily (and I mean heavily) disabled woman who was forced to stand for the duration she could stand no more.....until I let her go in front of me and my partner moved a seat to the front of the queue for her.....you need to provide seating for people who are being assessed standing for long periods of time is ridiculous especially if people are not able to!!! The staff were very embarrassed, apologetic and provided a great service for us
