"Excellent Helpful caring calm Night Receptionist"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

Night Receptionist with long Red hair was excellent in a very busy situation,. She was calm, caring, and cheerful. Gave a lady feeling faint cup of water. explained calmly to people this was a very busy night etc. Gave the impression she enjoys her job.

There were no beds on the ward, and Triage appeared to be non existent. There was a gentleman arrived in an ambulance had been waiting nearly 3 hours in pain not triaged. my Husband actually gave up. He is a Urology cancer patient with blood in catheter. He chatted to the head nurse about whether it is worth waiting and was advised to leave and visit Urology the following morning.
