On two occasions recently, I needed further information and had the good luck to reach two really helpful people. The first was Robyn in the respiratory department who was instantly helpful and listened to the problem I had with my CEPAP machine and gave me some helpful suggestions. She then put in an order for a replacement part which arrived the next day. I was so grateful. Secondly I had not received the results of a CT Heart Scan after more than two months and I telephoned the department and my call was answered by the most pleasant member of staff, Maria, who was dealing with a back log of results and letters. She instantly found my results, typed but waiting to be signed off and emailed them to me. Such pleasant people to deal with and it really made me feel better about two different but important problems. Thank you to them both.
