"Extremely disappointed "

About: Salford Royal

My 16yr son injured his wrist during PE lesson in school. Picked him up & went straight to A&E at Salford Royal. Arrived just before 2pm. Waiting time was 3hrs for minor injuries. After 3 hrs it went to 6hrs. My son despite being in servere pain, and in the middle of his GCSE Exams with an English exam in the morning, is still at A&E at 10:30 pm. 8 hours since he arrived and no treatment apart from pain relief.

Its shocking & totally unacceptable.

We have pleaded with anyone for hours and watched patients come and go! 8 hours and no treatment!!!!!

Eith an exam at 9am tomorrow using an injured wrist!!!
