"I am very thankful that I'm being looked after by this group of people"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Orthopaedics

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have just had an operation on my leg and am now recovering on the ward. The nurses and care assistants have been wonderful, they have been helping me with my mobility and helping me to complete certain everyday tasks. I’m very thankful that I’m being looked after by this group of people as there great at their job.

The ward is very clean and the setup of the ward is also great. There’s lot of room for the patients which I think really matters especially because most of the patients up here are seen by physiotherapists and occupational therapist, which may need extra room.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback.

I will pass your positive feedback onto the ward staff and domestic staff.

Everybody is working very hard to maintain high standards of care.. I am pleased that you have had a positive experience on the ward. We have a lovely purpose built ward to work on.

I take this opportunity to wish you a very good recovery.

Many Thanks, Stephanie Doherty-Conway, Ward sister
