"Everything was explained to me clearly"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

Had Colposcopy and LLETZ procedure after abnormal cells detected on smear test. I was very anxious but I was made to feel comfortable and I was made to feel very at ease. Everything was explained to me clearly before and during the procedure.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback for us following your recent visit to the gynaecology outpatients department at Pilgrim Hospital. As a team we understand how it can be such a worrying and anxious time for many ladies having to attend our colposcopy clinic.
