"Worst Practice!!!!"

My dad had an appointment scheduled for 9am. We arrived at 8.45 am and were waiting, it came to 9am and no one yet came out to call for him so gave it some more time. At 9:05 is when his doctor arrived so thought we'll be seen soon so waited. I was getting really frustrated as it is now 9:15 and he still hasn't been called so I went and asked the receptionist when he'll be called and she said she'll notify the doctor and she'll call for him soon and so I waited and the doctor decided it was suitable for her to call him at 9:25! This is disgusting as his appointment was scheduled for 9am and not only did she turn up late she took a further 20 mins to see him. Now I'm trying to book his next appointment as they haven't contacted us to book his follow up so I'm having to chase myself, I have never been disgusted with such service. I keep getting cut off each time I get through to the receptionist, I have been calling since 8am bang on the dot so I can book his appointment. This is my 9th call now trying to get through. Please can someone resolve this as this is really unprofessional, rude and disgusting. I definitely think this practice needs some serious training and customer service skills.
