(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am in accident and emergency with my hand that had got pins and plates in it a while back. I have to say the last time I was in here it was a great experience, my hand and wrist was shattered and the doctor that done the surgery was 2nd to none, she was the best. I was looking for her to thank her but did not get her name. The staff here are lovely, they could not be any more civil or helpful. They ensure I know what is going on and try to give me a time estimate which I am glad of.

The hospital is so sterile and hygienic. Would not want to be in any other hospital.
