Text received for annual blood test. Then an undated letter received a few days later requesting contact, which had already been made by then. Next a text received for a pneomococcal vaccination received 5 days after the first text. A few days later another text requesting a telephone review with doctor (which is a laugh as I can never get hold of one). Why is it not possible to review a patient and collate everything. Surely it's not difficult. No doubt a reply will be received saying you are under pressure etc. Not surprising when so many different messages are sent. Perhaps instead of making excuses and defending your inefficient practices you try to combine matters and provide a better service which can only be to your benefit as well.I am going to remain anonymous. The problem is yours.
