Not happy regarding service received regarding booking appointments . I filled in 2 e-consultations and received poor communication. First e-consult I requested a call back but not got any and just received a prescription sent to my pharmacy via text. Second e-consult I received an appt without being informed and had to contact the surgery and wait 40 minutes when I was number 5 in the queue to find out an update.
