On March 23 2022 I attended The Urology Clinic at Outpatients to have perineal prostate biopsies. I honestly felt terrified as I had watched all the videos of this procedure on YouTube. I would like to thank the staff most sincerely for their wonderful professionalism and exceptional care. They were all so very kind and caring and did their utmost to put me at ease and support me through every step of the way. They made me feel safe and their continual reassurance helped me enormously.
