I have been attending the surgery since January and can hand on heart say from me breaking down crying on the reception (over the phone) to the Nurses and GPs I have felt so looked after. Diagnosis was a huge shock but they have all in their own way made me feel listened to, helped me understand and made me feel like a person not a number in a queue. So so pleased this is my surgery. Thank you all so much.
