"Immediately made me feel at ease"

I recently had occasion to use the nursing services at the Houldsworth Centre in order to have my ears syringed. Having telephoned the treatment room I was impressed by the efficiency of the staff I encountered. They were able to quickly arrange an appointment for me that day and, due to a cancellation, were subsequently able to carry out the procedure the same day.

The procedure was carried out by nurse Linda who was extremely welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease. Linda's easy-going and professional manner is typical of the other members of the nursing and administration staff I have encountered in this department. The services provided by the staff within the treatment room is greatly appreciated.
