"Utterly useless so far"

After not hearing anything from them for about 2 months, I've tried to call about 40 times. Never once has anyone picked up. They've been reminded that I need help urgently by A&E, the crisis Cafe and my GP. I asked to urgently speak to someone last Thursday, got one call back ten minutes before they closed for the weekend on Friday (couldn't pick up because I was speaking to my GP) and that was it. Feel completely abandoned. Why does nobody pick up the phone?? Why is nobody doing their job? I'm so so frustrated and angry
